Cancellation Policy
Clients will be charged 40% added to their following appointment for “No-Show”.
More than 3 “No-Shows” and a client will be banned from booking appointments online. Clients must give a 24 hour notice before any cancellations. Clients that do not give a 24 hour notice will be charged a 20% fee, added onto their next appointment.
